Why does the person who swears have more rights than the rest of the town that has a right to not hear that language?

  1. A right to not hear swearing? You just made that up. Is that part of the right not to be offended? And the right to not be offended should trump the right to speak freely?

    1. a community has the right to determine what standards apply.. i'm not talking about opinion, every opinion should be protected, i'm only talking about gratuitous f bombs, etc. just like a community has the right to determine if clothing is required.
